Bruichladdich The Twenty is aged for 20 years. Known as 'the pink whisky', on the nose it is spicy and lush with sweet red fruit tones and lingering vanilla oakiness. On the palate it is full of termptingly sweet fruit flavours covered in a layer of toffee and malt. Velvety smooth as it goes down, the finish is graceful and unforgettable the The only problem is the time it takes to fill another glass and start again!!!! *while stocks last

Monkey Shoulder is a brand new 'triple malt' whisky, crafted in small batches from single malts from 3 Speyside distilleries. The whisky owes its name to a temporary injury suffered in the past by malt men, who turned malting barley by hand in the distilleries. Created by Wm Grant's malt master, David Stewart, this whisky's rich, smooth yet delicate flavour makes it ideal for mixing. Jim Murray gave Monkey Shoulder a towering 93/100 in his Whisky Bible 2006, which is praise indeed. Try a Monkey & Coke: fill a glass with ice, fill two thirds with coke and float a generous measure of Monkey Shoulder on top.

Poit Dhubh (pronounced Potch Goo or PD for short) means "illicit still" in Gaelic. It is an unchilfiltered may which may become hazy it cold but this delivers a richer, fuller flavour with a longer after-taste as a result. It is created from a secret recipe from a high quality mixture of Islay, Island, Highland and Speyside malts. This allows it a unique sweety/peaty taste. On the nose it has a firm dark smokiness with hints of liquorice and lime. On the palate it is medium sweet with a rich backbone of peatiness. On the finish it is long, smooth and smoky.

Te Bheag (pronounced Chey Vek) is now unchilfiltered which means that it may go cloudy when cold but this only delivers a richer, fuller flavour with a longer finish as a result. It has a high malt content of 35% and contains Islay, Island, Highland and Speyside malts all 8-11 years old. On the nose it is fresh, with citrus notes and delicate peatiness. On the palate it is slightly creamy with a pleasing touch of liquorice toffee. On the finish it has a good length and a rich soft spirited character.
